Because you signed on that doted line, I want to thank you for the peace and freedom you gave me and my family. You made an oath to me and to The Untied States of America, that we all could go to sleep at night in peace and harmony while you Stand and guard on that wall 24/7. I honor your service everyday! Thank you for your service! This dedicated to you and to your friends, who proudly served, but did not survive, those who made a hellish situation more bearable. I am proud beyond words to be the daughter of an Airman. You chose the career you always wanted, and although your life was short-lived because of it, I am proud that I had inspired you to serve this great country. I am proud beyond words to be the granddaughter of a Vietnam Veteran. I am grateful that you chose a path in life that led you to this beautiful country, that you accepted it as your own and defended it as your own. Without your sacrifices, I would not be the proud American I am today.
